Adel Martinkova

MSc

Hello there! I’m Adel, and I’m excited to be your partner on your journey to better health and performance. With a strong academic foundation is Sports Science from the University of Birmingham and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Loughborough University, I bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice.

About me

Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, my passion for sports and nutrition has taken me on an incredible journey, both personally and professionally. After completing my university studies in the UK and joining a Dutch cycling team, I’ve landed in the Netherlands. As a cyclist, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of nutrition, not only on performance, but also on overall well-being.

My Approach

As I work towards my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, I’m dedicated to staying at the forefront of the latest research and practices in the field. I firmly believe in the power of making small, sustainable changes when it comes to nutrition. My approach is grounded in science, focusing on evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
